YOGA by the Sea in Dunsborough

These outdoor sessions run over the holidays from December to January

Gentle hatha yoga sessions for everyBODY, all levels, ages, shapes, sizes. Bring the family and come have some fun with us as we move and breathe together!
Beginners always welcome.

Time: 7am
When: Sessions run DAILY mid-December to January 31
Where: Dunsborough Bay Foreshore grass ~ 50m from the corner of Dunn Bay road!

Please bring: your own mat if you have one, layers of warm to cooler clothing for as the day warms up! Hat, water, sunscreen and possibly a towel/ blanket for relaxation.
